Survey and Design Brief

Design discussion to ascertain your requirements.

Measured Survey, including LiDar scan of property.

Identify any site constraints.

Produce architectural 3D model of the site.
Concept Design

We issue our interpretation of the brief as PDFs and interactive 3D model.

We offer unlimited revisions to the design - it is important that we go to planning with a design that you are happy with.

Design meetings in person or via Zoom
Planning Application

We submit your planning application.

We monitor the progress and negotiate with the planning officer where required.

There may be changes that are made to the design at this stage, these will be made in full discussion with you.
Technical Design

Once planning is approved and the final design is known, we can produce more technical drawings which show how the project will be built.

Once the plans are approved by BC, you have a package of drawings suitable for getting builder's quotes which should be more directly comparable with each other as they will make fewer assumptions.
Construction
-
We can offer pre-commencement and monthly site meetings with you and the builder to help the project run smoothly.

If you are building close to a neighbour, we can help with Party Wall issues.

For larger projects, we can offer additional services.
