On Wednesday, Poole approved a two storey rear extension in Hamworthy. Originally, the client wanted a 2 storey side extension, but this was refused at planning. As part of our planning guarantee* however, we submitted a revised scheme for free and the client now has permission for a completely different scheme which still offers the required amount of living space.
