Re-branded as "The Burlington" with new frontages and a new interior!
Working with our clients, interior designers KTM Design and planning consultants Pure Town Planning, we produced as-existing plans, elevations and sections from our measured survey. The next stage was to develop the design to update the frontages and interior alterations then produce as-proposed drawings for the planning application.
Working with our 3D architectural software allows all stakeholders to fully visualise the project before a planning application is submitted and also allows us to produce these computer generated images!
Requiring a quick turnaround, this project achieved planning approval for our clients only 5 months after we were instructed!

Also appearing were stories of retail units closing in the town centre, the investment from the owners of this building will buck the trend and help rejuvenate he area.
