Located on a small, prominent plot in Southbourne, Bournemouth, this small cottage was inadequate as a family home. We produced a design to greatly enlarge the building, providing a new large modern living space for our client and his family.
Jess Glover at Pure Town Planning helped support the planning application and argued the case with the planning officer, and although initially refused, it was later successful on appeal. Well done Jess :-)
