Bungalow Alterations Approved

Extensive remodelling of a bungalow in Christchurch.

Initially, the planning officer was minded to refuse this application saying the plot just ain't big enough! but they couldn't beat us to the draw! A couple of bullet point revisions later, we blew the smoke off the pencil and submitted the revisions! Yee-hah!
